Any Items purchased online, If you are not happy with the product for any reason please contact us immediately, within 5 days of receipt. You have 14 days from the date you received the product to have it returned to Riona Beauty.
When returning your item, you may choose to Exchange or Store Credit.
Exchange - You will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Store Credit - Your store credit can be used for future order/s.

your item must be in perfect condition, factory standards, unaltered, unworn or unused, undamaged, and with all tag(s) attached and in its original packaging, You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
